We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality and Bar Manager to join the team at Guildford Spectrum. You will be managing all hospitality and bar functions within the complex, so we are looking for someone who will have a strong visual presence and a hands-on approach to supervise and manage the crews on a day-to-day basis, performance managing and identifying training needs. You will be operationally focused and able to maximize income opportunities along with effective and efficient stock controls, ensuring sales and upselling are optimized.

Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Sunday (rota basis)
Requirements
* Previous experience within a catering role, along with a catering-related qualification
* Supervisory Experience
* To ensure that excellent customer service is being delivered at all times by all staff and leading this through being a role model for outlet staff. Dealing with any customer comment or complaint appropriately or referring to the appropriate manager as necessary.
* Setting of key targets including income generation and customer satisfaction ratings and to be accountable for achieving those targets.
* Working hours to reflect the business demand with weekend working seen as essential during peak times of the year
* To monitor and maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
