Main responsibilities:
* Multi-Channel HCP Engagement: Customize engagement strategies using face-to-face and virtual channels to match stakeholder preferences.
* Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with HCPs, fostering trust and product adoption.
* Account Prioritization: Identify key accounts, map stakeholders, and focus on COPD and severe asthma opportunities.
* Patient Access Enhancement: Work with NHS Trusts, ICBs, and other bodies to optimize access and formulary inclusion.
* Pre- and Post-Launch Activities: Execute key activities to support product introduction while ensuring ABPI compliance.
* Policy and Market Analysis: Stay updated on NHS policies and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.
About you
Experience:
* Proven Track Record: Success in pharmaceutical sales or market access within the NHS.
* Multichannel & Analytical Agility: Experience in omnichannel engagement and data-driven execution.
* Specialty Care/Respiratory Expertise: Strong knowledge in respiratory and biologics.
Soft and technical skills:
* Scientific Communication: Ability to effectively convey scientific information to HCPs.
* Collaborative Spirit: Foster a collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to achieving results.
* Leadership Skills: Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategies effectively.
* Code Compliance: Understanding of ABPI/IPHA Codes of Practice and their practical application.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
