Reporting to the Head Of Planning and Space and the Head of International Expansion, the Franchise Planner will work collaboratively across all areas of the Planning & Space function and share insights into the broader business strategy. You play a critical role in the delivery of the product strategy in our Franchise model. You will build and deliver the Franchise strategy in partnership with the Buying teams using commercial and innovative skills. You will collaborate with the International expansion team to manage the execution of this strategy by ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time for our Franchise Partners, maximising sales and profit performance. Build strategic ranges, set and monitor goals, manage stock and sales, and collaborate with Buying teams. Forecasting and Trading: Agree on financial targets, manage stock and sales targets, conduct trading reviews, and identify trading risks. Develop deep product knowledge, promote innovation, and stay commercially aware of offering quality products. Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Design, and other departments, and encourage your team’s efforts. Here are some of the experiences and skills you'll need for the role: 6 years experience in a Merchandising or franchising planning role with at least 2 years in a people management/team lead position or equivalent relevant experience. Relevant qualification in a fashion-, retail- or commerce-related subject, or equivalent experience You will have the ability to manage a large network of stakeholders to make effective commercial choices. You are a relationship builder with experience managing stakeholders across departments. I picture the future clearly, with a solid understanding of numbers and business. You have experience in building and developing an effective team You possess good communication and engagement skills. Ability to work in a busy, team-based, deadline-oriented environment.
