Are you looking to drive change and excel in a customer-centric environment?
We are seeking a Regulatory Change Manager to join our dynamic team at the forefront of business transformation and continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in enhancing our complaint handling processes and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all products and services.
As a Regulatory Change Manager, you’ll lead and drive forward a team dedicated to conducting effective root cause analysis, pushing business change, and promoting best practices for complaint handling. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering both external and internal regulatory reporting requirements and coordinating activities within Customer Solutions for committees, audits, and business change.
What will I be doing?
* Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer feedback to effectively inform and guide stakeholders
* Champion the development and communication of a strategic approach to Root Cause Analysis
* Cultivate an environment that emphasises teamwork and places the customer at the heart of all operations
* Act as the central liaison for the Complaint Resolution Framework, ensuring a seamless process
* Collaborate with a diverse range of team members to elevate the customer experience and drive impactful changes
What do I need?
* Regulatory Risk & Business Transformation : Seeking individuals with a robust background in regulatory risk management and a proven track record in spearheading operational change
* Leadership & Team Management : Looking for effective leaders who have demonstrated success in managing teams and implementing business change
* Analytical & Forward-Thinking : The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker, adept at spotting trends and patterns, and proactive in initiating change
* Stakeholder Engagement Skills : Applicants must have experience in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, possessing the skills to challenge, influence, and persuade with confidence
* Detail-Oriented & Organisational Proficiency : A high level of attention to detail is crucial, along with strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise competing tasks efficiently
