What we are looking for: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and technical functions to inform project decisions. Facilitate stakeholder analysis and maintain strong relationships across the organization. Lead impact assessments f or proposed changes, ensuring all potential effects are considered. Collaborate with development teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios based on the definition of done. Produce and support various project life cycle documentation, including business cases and technical specifications. Qualifications Essential: Relevant Computing Qualification: A degree or equivalent qualification in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a software development environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile projects. Excellent analytical skill s with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Highly Desirable: Certification as a S crum Master or in Agile methodologies. Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, CRM's SQL, MySQL, or Power BI. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles or other process improvement methodologies.
