Your Role:
As the Retrofit Coordinator, you will:
Oversee the entire retrofit lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, and optimal performance.
Ensure projects align with PAS2035 and PAS2030 standards, as well as DESNZ funding requirements.
Conduct energy modeling, prepare improvement option evaluations, and develop medium-term retrofit plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including social housing providers, asset managers, contractors, and clients.
Manage compliance documentation, including retrofit assessments, surveys, and technical reports.
Support designers in creating compliant property design packs for energy-efficient solutions.
Lodge completed works to the TrustMark database.
What Were Looking For:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Level 5 Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management qualification.
Proven experience coordinating retrofit projects, especially under SHDF schemes.
Familiarity with energy efficiency modeling software (e.g., Elmhurst Design SAP 2012).
In-depth understanding of PAS2035 processes and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
Desirable (but not essential):
Level 3 qualifications in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older & Traditional Buildings or as a Domestic Energy Assessor.
Experience in consultancy or retrofit-focused environments.
Personal Attributes:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software tools.
A valid drivers license for site visits and inspections.
Hybrid working flexibility, with a base in Manchester City Centre.
