About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with helpful and efficient solutions to their queries. Whether you're dealing with technical support questions, order inquiries, or helping customers navigate the companies services, you will be at the forefront of delivering a seamless experience. Your days will be varied, offering opportunities to make a real impact, work with a supportive team, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
* Friday: 8:30 AM 3:00 PM
Key Duties
* Sage
* Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and communication skills
* The ability to maintain calm under pressure
* The ability to prioritise tasks and pay attention to detail even when working under pressure
* The ability to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative
* To be highly organised and effective
* Experienced in MS Office Suite including Outlook
* Computer literacy & Numeracy skills
* Experience with SAP (Advantageous)
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a construction or product-based environment
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions
* A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer care
* A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Electrical wholesalers experience ( Highly advantageous but not necessary)
