Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Administrator to join our team on a permanent late shift basis at our Brakes Depot in Harlow. In this role, you will be the vital link between operations, warehouse, and stock teams, ensuring seamless communication and support to maintain a smooth operation in our Depot. You will work collaboratively with a team of eight colleagues, tackling various office tasks, such as reviewing documents, managing paper-based systems, and utilizing specialized software. You will also play a key role in creating Excel-based charts and tables, maintaining quality control for reports and documentation, and providing support to warehouse operations when needed.
To excel in this position, you should possess prior office experience and strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with SAP or D365 is a plus. A keen eye for detail is essential to maintain high levels of accuracy, along with excellent organizational skills to manage your workload efficiently. Strong communication skills are crucial in building and maintaining great working relationships.
