About the role
We are looking for a customer focussed Planner to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission.
On the Job you will:
* Ensure Repairs jobs are scheduled in
* Operatives diaries are monitored thoroughly throughout the working day
* Maintain high levels of customer service
* Contribute to ensure KPI targets are met
* Monitor workflows and assist with complaints and queries from Fairhive residents
* Be available for colleagues around the business to contact you
* Work closely with our contact centre to answer Repair queries
