Key Responsibilities: Provide HR and payroll admin across departments. Maintain employee records in HR systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP). Ensure new starter processes (contracts, payroll) are completed. Respond to HR queries on pay, leave, benefits, and systems. Assist in compliance with UKVI right-to-work and data security (GDPR). Support employee benefits, recognition schemes, and audits. Collaborate with HR team and stakeholders to ensure smooth service. Person Specification: Experience in HR administration (preferably in a large organisation). Knowledge of HR systems (Oracle, SAP) and employment law. Strong organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail, accuracy in HR data and documentation.
