The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you'll be responsible for your local strategy, pitch, marketing tactics, and hours – directly impacting your earnings. This innovative approach offers unparalleled autonomy to grow your estate agency business in your area of expertise – from prospecting and canvassing to valuing and negotiating.
You'll be empowered by Nested's comprehensive marketing support, encompassing doorknocking, direct mail, flyering, and advertising in local newspapers. We trust our area partners to manage local advertising, with expert support available at every step.
Your clients will receive seamless service, with you acting as their single point of contact throughout their Nested journey. You'll have access to a smart selling app and dedicated in-house support.
A commission structure that rewards your hard work and skill awaits, starting at 75% of revenue and increasing up to 100%. Working with Nested presents an opportunity to elevate your earnings.
This all-encompassing role allows you to practice estate agency your way, backed by Nested's brand, products, and services.
Requirements
1. We seek Altrincham's top-performing estate agent, requiring 5-10 years of industry experience in valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
2. A clear understanding of marketing budget management, lead generation, and building a local valuation machine.
3. An entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering work ethic, as self-employment demands a genuine passion for the craft and a highly proactive attitude.
4. In-depth knowledge of your local area, including its best amenities, schools, and hotspots.
5. Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach, emphasizing the provision of exceptional outcomes and experiences for clients.
6. Strong social media skills would be beneficial, but not essential; we offer support to help you build your brand and engage with your community.
