PERMANENT ROLE FULL TIME OR PART TIME
ROLE & CANDIDATE
Please carefully read the below and only apply if you can demonstrate proficiency across all or most of the below essential criteria:
1. Experience in a similar role / knowledge of the food / retail Industry would be hugely beneficial.
2. Understanding of the commercial process relating to the supply of goods / products / services.
3. Strong market awareness / insight.
4. Excellent communication skills with demonstrable experience of dealing with customers.
5. Responsibility for coordinating the processing of customer (sales) orders (inc. support from other team members).
6. Experienced in the use of Excel & Microsoft based IT functionality.
7. New customer and existing customer maintenance (account setup, IT system setup, etc).
8. Pricing / system administration (inc. customer pricelist admin / production), in conjunction with defined retail periods.
9. Production of weekly customer analysis reports (all customers).
10. Assist Retail Support Manager & Business Development Manager with customer related requirements.
11. Dealing with & responding to customer queries / requests / complaints, etc.
12. Pro-active outbound communication to customers (delivery advice, order encouragement / acknowledgment, etc).
13. Telesales; outbound telephone calls to customers to capture / increase orders.
Key Requirements:
1. Full UK driving license & own transport.
2. Based at Redditch Head Office (no hybrid working or working from home).
3. Hold the required standard of English language and literacy in relation to the role.
4. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, using own initiative.
5. Highly numerate with strong diligence / attention to detail.
6. Completion and recording of all company documentation as required.
7. Flexibility (prepared to perform any other reasonable duties, as requested).
8. Strong / confident IT skills (Inc. Excel experience).
9. Education: GCSE or equivalent.
10. Punctual and self-motivated.

£25k-£30k (pro-rata), dependent on experience (looking for the right personality, who portrays confidence and upbeat demeanour. Happy to consider part time up to full time across five days per week).
