The role of Legal Secretary offers a variety of duties within Residential Conveyancing, providing a service to fee earners.
Responsibilities:
1. Looking after the Fee Earners:
Maintaining their diary, arranging for signatures, and completing administration documentation.
2. Maintenance of Files:
Completing and maintaining administrative documentation, opening and closing files.
3. Preparing documents:
Typing letters and documents and document control.
4. Dealing with Financial Information:
5. Dealing with Clients:
6. Special Secretarial duties:
Preparing court documentation, wills documentation.
