We are seeking to recruit an Administrator to join our growing team in Aberdeen. The Role The role will primarily involve audio typing, raising fees, inputting instruction data on to our internal system, co-ordinating staff member diaries, managing property key log book for viewings, answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring a smooth running of the office and the provision of wider admin support. The role will primarily assist our residential and commercial team. Role Requirements Knowledge and experience of working within a similar role or property surveying office is desirable but not essential. Ability to work under pressure and use initiative to think through problems and find solutions. Excellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly and understanding the importance of meeting deadlines are required in order to deliver excellent client care. Skills Experience Ideal candidates will have experience working within an office environment, full understanding of Microsoft Suite and the proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team. They will have the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail.
