Autism Support Worker

Hours: Full-time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary with the view to go permanent
Join our dedicated team where we are pioneering in specialised education and therapy for children with extraordinary minds! Our SEN School in Calne is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Autism Support Worker to enrich our "Therapy First" community. Our in-house team excels in delivering tailored occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and emotional regulation support, empowering each student to thrive.
Your Role:
As an integral part of our team, you will provide hands-on support to children with autism, ADHD and related communication challenges. You'll apply a fusion of innovative strategies, encouraging social, emotional and academic growth. Engage with learners in both structured and natural environments, ensuring they receive the highest quality support personalised to their unique needs.

2. Experienced, or eager to gain expertise, in supporting individuals with autism

Additional Information:
1. Hours: 8:30am – 3:00pm.
2. Roles: Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
3. Pay: £83.40 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
4. This role is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
