Job Title: Secondary SEN Tutor Location:

We are currently seeking a Secondary SEN Tutor to join our team in Wokingham, Berkshire. As a Secondary SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for providing specialised support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Developing and implementing tailored learning plans for students with SEN
- Providing one-on-one support to students to help them achieve academic goals
- Adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student
- Collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Tracking student progress and adjusting support strategies accordingly
- A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or equivalent
- Previous experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit individual learning styles

- Understanding of SEN requirements and best practises

- Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN

This position is temporary and requires part-time hours. The role may involve working closely with students in a classroom or one-on-one setting. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
