We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales professional to join our Bar Department. In this role, you will drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients. You will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional customer service standards, managing quotations, and working closely with our production team to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Interaction:
* Provide exceptional customer service in all communications, both verbal and electronic, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collect and analyse customer feedback through surveys and regular communication.
* Respond to customer quality questionnaires with accurate information and relevant certifications.
Sales and Quotation Management:
* Interpret customer requirements from engineering drawings, sketches, and descriptions.
* Calculate accurate pricing based on material costs and processes.
* Prepare and issue quotations via company systems, ensuring alignment with company standards.
* Follow up with clients on quotations through phone and email to ensure timely responses.
Financial and Compliance Responsibilities:
* Monitor customer credit limits and ensure payments are received before production if credit is unavailable.
* Ensure all customer interactions comply with Quality, GDPR, and Anti-Bribery policies.
Product and Market Development:
* Stay updated on product offerings and market trends.
* Identify and develop new market opportunities, logging customer information for strategic planning.
Client Relationship and Marketing:
* Build and nurture relationships with current and potential clients.
* Research and engage new clients, scheduling meetings to explore business opportunities.
* Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s market position.
* Promote cross-sales across departments to maximize revenue.
Logistics and Administration:
* Coordinate production and delivery timelines with the team to meet customer expectations.
* Manage transport operations to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries.
* Track transport costs and ensure they are covered by customer charges.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
* Assist with quality assurance processes and audits.
* Use company systems for accurate order processing, customer management, and sales tracking.
* Participate in training sessions and foster a collaborative work environment.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Experience in sales and quotation management.
* Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or similar systems for order processing and customer management.
* Knowledge of compliance regulations, including GDPR and Anti-Bribery.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
