The Role: · To initiate, implement and sustain effective HR support across all levels of the business · Create a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, where employees feel valued, empowered, where they work effectively in a shared vision and values and where they understand how their roles impact and deliver the company's growth, efficiency and people. · Payroll, onboarding, systems and procedures · Day to day HR administration and issues.
