Join our team and support the coordination of volunteers and daily operations of our North West Metro Op Shops. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a welcoming team, and a role that's lively and varied!
Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. We encourage and build a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development. Our Op Shops allow you to tap into your natural way of being creative, enthusiastic, and having fun.
Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

We have multiple casual roles available with shifts ranging from 3 to 7.6 hours, across 9:09am – 5:15pm, 7 days per week (including public holidays).
Op Shop locations include Glenroy, Keilor Park, Melton & Moonee Ponds.
In addition to a base salary commencing at $27.17 per hour + 25% casual loading + superannuation, you will have access to:

Your skills and experience
You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.
You will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, and a flair for visual merchandising. You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
