Are you a driven and dedicated IFA Administrator with the desire to learn, a keen eye for attention to detail and seeking a firm that will look after YOU?
Capio Recruitment are working with a highly respected financial planning firm on an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a forward-thinking practice in Nottingham, due to impressive and continued growth. The firm prides themselves on their service to their clients, specialising in providing financial advice to high-net-worth individuals as well as looking after their employees in a similar way.
As an IFA Administrator, you will be joining their expanding team providing administration to the Financial Advisers and Paraplanners. Your duties will consist of:
1. Processing new business
2. Producing valuations
3. Updating platforms
4. Day-to-day communication with clients
Alongside the day-to-day role, you will have a comprehensive training structure and exams support set out to assist your development within your career, with internal progression being a key part of their business. This firm heavily invests in growing and developing talent whilst providing a family feel environment, with regular social events.

Required experience:
* Experience within a Financial Services firm
* Understanding of back-office systems such as Intelligent Office (desired)
* Experience with client interaction on phone, email and in person
* Ambitious individual looking to develop their financial planning career
* Excellent communication skills
