Uttoxeter, Staffordshire / £70,000 per annum + up to 10% annual bonus

Join us as the Care Home Manager for our brand-new, state-of-the-art care home in Uttoxeter, set to open in Summer 2025. This 76-bed facility will redefine care standards with premium features, including a café, cinema, hair salon, activity areas, and private outdoor spaces.

Your Role as a Care Home Manager:
Leadership Excellence: Oversee all aspects of care delivery, inspire your team to achieve outstanding results, and maintain an environment of dignity, kindness, and respect for our residents.
Operational Mastery: Ensure smooth daily operations, from managing budgets and occupancy to maintaining exceptional hospitality and facilities standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet CQC standards, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across the home.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing team, offering guidance and professional growth opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community to enhance the home's reputation and occupancy.
Resident-Centric Approach: Create a warm, engaging environment where residents thrive socially, emotionally, and physically.
About You:
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic leader with:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Care Home Manager.
Expertise in dementia care and proven success in managing care quality.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
Excellent skills in team leadership, financial planning, and occupancy management.
A track record of achieving positive outcomes in care delivery and compliance.
Passion, resilience, and confidence to inspire and motivate others.
