The Role
As a People Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals across Trivallis to achieve their full potential. The role of People Development Partner is to influence and support the workforce to drive forward positive change through the development of people capability and culture that helps the organisation deliver its strategic goals.
Working closely with all members of the People and innovation team, you will optimise people performance through supporting managers to build the right skills, capability and foundations to put people at the heart. You will play a key role in the development, implementation and delivery of programmes that support strategic initiatives including new starter onboarding, soft skills and management development.
You will be identifying opportunities to improve and maximise performance and increase staff engagement and well-being. Working closely with colleagues from different departments, you will be ensuring that individuals can access effective learning solutions that will enhance their performance and support them in their roles.
Reporting to the People Development Manager, you will play a critical role in the People Development team function and have line management responsibility of a People Development Assistant. You will partner with key internal stakeholders to conduct annual training needs analyses, build and maintain relationships with external partners, support with budget planning and overseeing spend and act as an SME on design, development and delivery of people development solutions including eLearning and mandatory training.

We're looking for a highly organised and adaptable individual with a passion for supporting people to reach their maximum potential. A vibrant and engaging individual who can plan and deliver effective sessions to a variety of learner groups. You will demonstrate and role model a passion for development and live the organisations values (Trust, Progressive, Kind and Inclusive) through everyday behaviours.
The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills. You should be comfortable collaborating with people at all levels within an organisation and run multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, is important. Experience of working with a learning management system and managing an L&D budget is also important.
