The role
As a Sub Contract Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll manage the contract with subcontractors to provide facilities management and catering services across three secured sites in the Southwest of England. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure efficient service delivery and integration of facilities management functions.
Day to day, you’ll:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders
2. Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with the Subcontract including Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
3. Be accountable for management of Facilities Management budgetary
This position involves travel/working across a range of internal and customer sites, as a requirement of the role.
This role is full time, 37-hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience of the Sub Contract Manager:
4. Experience with management of contractors
5. Experience working in partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and with people from apprentices to senior management
6. A person who is adaptable and self-confident in navigating uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity in order to deliver continuous improvement
Qualifications for the Sub Contract Manager:
