A committed primary teacher is needed to join our dynamic team in the centre of Plymouth at Randstad Education. In this critical phase of children's development, you will play a key role as a primary teacher in giving them an engaging and encouraging education. Starting in September 2024, this is a full-time position.
We cover a range of friendly and inviting schools (independent, mainstream, and SEN), from smaller village schools to major inner-city schools, both in Plymouth and Torquay. Our committed consultants maintain tight relationships with our primary schools.

Key Responsibilities
* Fulfil the daily goals and objectives
* Establish and preserve a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for every student.
* Distributing interesting lesson plans that the instructor has prepared
* Use a range of instructional strategies to meet the requirements of every student in the classroom
* Coordinating lessons in a cooperative manner with fellow educators
To be successful in the primary class teacher role, you must:
* Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a comparable certification.
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad Education)
* Hold eligibility to work in the UK
* Provide 2 professional references
* Have a solid familiarity with the core courses
* Have excellent behaviour control in the classroom
