We are well known for our vast selection of traditional Advent calendars, festive decorations, and beautiful Christmas cards, as well as our outstanding customer service. To help us truly Celebrate The Joy of Giving with our customers, we are looking for like-minded Christmas lovers with a real passion for this fun, festive Season. Our shops are busy and buzzing with customers looking for the perfect gifts for their family and friends. Come and share your passion, energy and warmth to help make this Christmas one to remember. About You As a Seasonal Gift Advisor, you will have an excellent work ethic and be committed to carrying out all duties as requested by your Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store at one of our busiest times. As an integral part of the team, you will be a committed, reliable and motivated self-starter with a genuine love for Christmas. Your positive attitude, energy, and collaborative teamwork will be key to creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities - Ensure our excellent Customer Experience Standards are maintained - Listen to our customers and help them find the perfect present - Help with replenishment of stock on the shop floor - Help maintain store cleanliness levels - Process cash and card transactions on tills Rewards and Benefits - Hourly rate from £7.50 per hour - Pro-rata holiday entitlement of 5.6 weeks (incl. Bank Holidays) to be paid at the end of the contract. - 20% staff discount in-store, perfect for Christmas shopping. Hours Extra hours over and above your regular hours of employment will be required to support the business. Unlike many retail outlets, we try to offer our staff a consistent rota, however, flexibility is required with adequate notice. This contract will end on Sunday 29th December 2024.
