Main duties of the job We are excited to advertise this key post in our stores and distribution team following the retirement of the current post holder. This post holder leads on providing and auditing stocks provided to all our sexual health clinics. You will be the main point of contact in Pharmacy for clinic staff and the role will also include liaising with transport for timely deliveries of stocks You will also lead on ordering and managing stocks of over labelled products to ensure our stocks of over labelled medicines meet the many demand of services across the Trust. Other duties include; providing stock top ups to wards and departments, replacing emergency box medicines, delivering medicines to the wards and rigorous expiry date checks and stock rotation to minimise waste. We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person with excellent communication and organisational skills, has fine attention to detail and who works well in a team. You must also hold a valid driving licence and be able to travel to the community clinics. It may also be necessary to complete some of the audit work outside normal pharmacy opening hours if this required due to clinic opening times.
