Since the 19th century, our crews have been risking their lives to save those who are in danger of drowning. To support our vision to save every one we’re looking for a full time Engagement Support Executive to join our busy Engagement Team. This dynamic role will support the team by ensuring region wide projects have the processes and procedures in place, so that our amazing Engagement volunteers feel supported thereby growing engagement, income and ultimately, helping to save more lives. Your role As an Engagement Support Executive, you will be responsible for: Developing and managing the Engagement volunteer branded clothing process. Ensuring all Engagement volunteer data is accurate and promoting the correct data governance practices. Managing all Engagement volunteer resources, monitoring stock levels, re-ordering and invoicing. Supporting the regional teams as and when required with Engagement volunteer recruitment including onboarding. Facilitating reactive future activity agreed between Community Managers and fundraising groups/branches. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Administration including budgets, reporting and progress updates. About you You’ll like to work as part of a team in a busy environment. You’ll be an excellent communicator who is self-motivated and enjoys a challenge. This is a role for someone who is comfortable working cross functionally and inclusively within Fundraising and is highly organised, structured and with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
