JOB TITLE: General Manager/Operations Manager
COMPANY: Ecommerce Retail Brand (furniture)
CONTRACT: Permanent
SALARY: £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience + 10% bonus) – this is potentially flexible depending on experience
HOURS: 9:00am - 5:00pm
LOCATION: Hertford – must be willing to go into the office 4-5 days a week if needed
We are seeking an Operations Manager eager to lead our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running while driving ambitious growth.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily business operations, keeping teams and projects on track across the UK and globally.
* Strategic Alignment: Act as the ‘eyes and ears’ of our founders, ensuring alignment with our strategic roadmap and keeping leadership informed.
* Project Delivery: Drive multiple projects forward, removing roadblocks and ensuring timely completion.
* Leadership Coordination: Coordinate and push objectives for the senior leadership team across Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, and Operations.
* Meetings: Host leadership and team meetings to maintain accountability and performance.
* Team Accountability: Hold teams accountable for progress, goal achievement, and high standards.
* Collaboration: Work with our Head of People to foster a high-performance, fun, and collaborative environment.
* Operational Processes: Manage key processes like insurance renewals, compliance, and other essential functions.
* Standards: Set high standards for performance and presence to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES:
* Highly organized, calm, and in control.
* Respected leader capable of commanding authority and earning trust.
* Proactive and action-oriented; able to make things happen.
* Experience in e-commerce/retail is essential, with understanding of how online brands operate and scale.

* Proven ability to drive multiple projects to completion.
