OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Role: Office/Data Administrator
Location: Newbury
Salary: Up to £25,000
This is the UK Office of a global organisation that trades in forest products. It's a busy office, and the company likes to develop their individuals and promote from within.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all staff by assuming responsibility for, and completing, high-volume process-driven tasks. In addition, you will handle data input and document checking while assisting in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running and tidiness of the office.
GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES:
1. Answering and directing telephone calls
2. Greeting, directing, and ensuring comfort of guests
3. Organising post and couriers
4. Filing and archiving as needed
5. Providing comprehensive assistance to members of staff as required
DATA PROCESSING DUTIES:
1. Daily management of email mailboxes
2. Daily record keeping via internal trackers
3. Adding container inventory details into the order management system
4. Ensuring prompt receipt of container details and chasing suppliers as necessary
5. Checking loading photos and export paperwork received from suppliers to ensure data is accurate and compliant
6. Creating commercial invoices and packing lists
7. Reporting on low weights
8. Reporting on material quality issues
