Main duties of the job Manage and validate data for the Emergency Medicine group to ensure adherence to key performance indicators and maintain the groups monitoring documents of these indicators. Maintain high data quality standards by ensuring that data entered onto Trust systems is accurate, complete and up to date Develop and produce information and performance reports as required. Facilitate quality aspects with both clinical and non-clinical teams, by compiling and disseminating information including: Mortality review completion Updating of patient information leaflets and clinical guidelines Highlighting incomplete e-discharges to the relevant clinicians and supporting with completion Supporting with facilitation of clinical audits including proposals, QIPS presentations, and action completion Friends and family test responses Oversee administrative functions relating to meetings within the group including, but not limited to, QIPS by: Preparing agendas within the appropriate Trust templates Liaising with meeting members for items for inclusion Taking accurate attendance Recording minutes and actions Monitoring and facilitating completion of actions Room Bookings ICT support (including logging into MS teams and letting people into the group to attend virtually About us University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, rated as good by the Care Quality Commission, is one of the largest teaching Trusts in the UK.
