Operations Support Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities:
* Manage the administrative tasks of the Service Department.
* Coordinate job schedules and assign work to field-based engineers according to priority. Provide courteous and efficient client communication via telephone.
* Respond promptly to customer queries and work requests, setting clear expectations for arrival timeframes in alignment with company values.
* Maintain and organise engineer job sheets following company protocols.
* Arrange service visits according to schedule, collaborate with engineers and suppliers to identify and cost parts.
* Prepare quotes for projects and ensure follow-up in accordance with company processes.
* Order spare parts as needed.
* Efficiently manage time and tasks to ensure all responsibilities are completed daily.
* Demonstrate proactive thinking, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities to benefit the company.
* Embrace change positively and contribute to implementing new processes or protocols for Alecta's growth and success.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Prior experience in customer service.
* Full industry ongoing training can be provided.
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
