SF Recruitment are working with a SME style business in South Derbyshire to recruit for an Accounts Clerk, full time and permanently to join a small close knit team. This role is due to an internal move within the department, reporting into the Management Accountant you will look after the following: - Manage queries to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors - Process bank payments - Reconcile statements - Prepare, send and store invoices - Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments - Identify and address discrepancies - Generate weekly reports on the status of accounts payable and receivable - Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets If this role is of interest to you and you would like to work for a dynamic local business then please get in touch today to be considered.
