We are looking for a passionate Leadership and Development Trainer to join our team and help implement impactful learning strategies across the business. Role Overview: As the Leadership and Development Trainer, you will work closely with the Talent and Learning Manager, HR Managers, and key stakeholders to deliver and execute the company’s learning and development strategy. You will take ownership of leadership and management development programs, oversee our company induction process, and be responsible for driving a learning culture that promotes capability growth, sustained change, and high performance across all levels of the organization. Your role will also champion diversity and inclusion across all our learning offerings, ensuring every colleague feels empowered to grow. Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the Leadership and Management Development programs at middle and supervisory levels. Manage the company induction process, ensuring all content is up-to-date and relevant for each department, while delivering engaging and comprehensive inductions to new starters. Lead the learning community, driving learning strategy and culture, and implementing a Train the Trainer framework to ensure training consistency across the organization. Collaborate with HR and regional teams to develop training solutions that meet future capability needs and drive business change. Design, implement, and evaluate learning solutions, maintaining a strong focus on Return on Investment (ROI) and stakeholder engagement. Support apprenticeship implementation in partnership with HR, ensuring the apprenticeship levy is utilized effectively and governed appropriately. Facilitate leadership, performance management, and change management training, coaching colleagues to enhance capability and confidence across the business. Act as a champion for cultural change, leading initiatives that support a positive working environment. Continuously drive the use and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accessible and valuable learning opportunities for all employees. Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs at company, team, and individual levels, ensuring the delivery of impactful training content. Key Skills & Experience: Educated to degree level or demonstrate equivalent experience in learning and development. Proven experience in training facilitation, with a track record of delivering engaging leadership and management development programs. Experience in creating and delivering content for leadership, employee lifecycle, and wellbeing training. Strong knowledge of the apprenticeship levy, with experience implementing apprenticeships and governance procedures. Excellent coaching skills, particularly in the areas of performance management and development planning. Proven experience assessing development needs across different levels of an organization. Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and deliver value-driven learning solutions. Knowledge of Kirkpatrick training evaluation methods and previous experience working in a generalist HR capacity is desirable. IT literate, with experience in learning systems such as Workday. Willingness to travel and a passion for learning. Positive attitude toward change and a team-oriented mindset. Why Join Us?
