About the Role:
As a Conceptual Digital Designer, you'll join Trint's brand team who have already developed a bold visual identity to make Trint stand out from the competition and have a unique voice in the AI sector. You will help us evolve our brand and content to make sure we continue to engage with our target audience and never feel bland, repetitive or confusing. This role demands a proactive and creative individual with a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for visual storytelling.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Evolution: Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Trint's bold brand identity across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency in visual language and messaging while pushing creative boundaries.
2. Conceptual Thinking: Develop innovative and strategically driven design concepts for marketing campaigns, webpages, social media initiatives, event booths and any other creative ways we can bring to life Trint's features.
3. Art Direction: Provide art direction for through-the-line content including digital ads, video storyboards and printable assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, timelines, and target audiences. Also develop strong connections with the product team to become familiar with Trint's features – ensuring you are confident how Trint works and always know the latest product UI to use when creating content.
5. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines. Be comfortable speaking up on projects and adding your own insights and opinions to make sure we are always working efficiently.
6. Brand Research: Keep up-to-date with competitor branding, industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Trint's visual communication remains cutting-edge and impactful.
Qualifications:
1. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative thinking and digital design skills. You should have a clear understanding of visual communication principles and a demonstrated ability to develop conceptual design solutions.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
3. A solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and interaction design.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
5. A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong ability to generate creative ideas and lead design discussions.
6. A passion for design, a desire to learn and grow, and the experience to mentor junior designers.
Bonus Points:
1. Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
2. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software such as After Effects.
3. Experience with Figma and Google Slides (two programs you'll regularly use).
4. A genuine interest in AI and content creation technology.
5. A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
