Role Responsibility
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist the chef with the presentation of all food and beverage, ensuring quality and quantity are consistently monitored, maintained, and display is as per set specification.
2. Where possible, follow food ratio guidelines set out by Emirates.
3. Ensure buffet and stock levels of all food and beverage items for a la carte service are properly maintained and replenished regularly as required and in accordance with food and safety standards. Control and monitor hygiene standards as per HACCP.
4. Ensure that all products stored or displayed are date coded, stock rotated, and labelled correctly using the shelf life rule.
5. Ensure that sufficient preparation is completed for the following shift.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Kitchen experience is a must.
2. Highly motivated.
3. Able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
Package Description
1. £13 per hour.
2. Shift work pattern: 07:30am - 3pm, 2pm-9:30pm - 2 early, and 2 late, 2 days off.
