We’re searching for a UK-based Associate Consultant to join our Client Services team, to deliver industry-leading implementation support for our customers. The Associate Consultant will support the successful configuration, training, and deployment of the HealthSuite product to ensure excellent outcomes for our clients and help realize our mission of safer, better healthcare.
Role Summary:
This entry-level role in Client Services provides foundational knowledge of how the Services function operates and how we ensure best practices in delivery to clients, working collaboratively across all internal departments within RLDatix.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build strong working relationships with the team and customers to ensure consistent customer outcomes.
2. Perform analyses using customer and RLDatix data to support projects.
3. Configure the HealthSuite product following best practices within a defined product set.
4. Train users on the HealthSuite product following best practices within a defined product set.
5. Assist with the administration of supporting documentation.
6. Prepare presentations and documentation for review by Consultants and Senior Consultants.
7. Deliver product demonstrations as required.
8. Inform Client Services management of any relevant developments (technical or political) with clients.
9. Report on implementation project progress to the Managing Consultant, adhering to reporting standards and governance.
10. Aim to receive excellent client feedback for each implementation.
11. Identify and escalate risks as appropriate.
12. Maintain up-to-date project governance documentation.
13. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
14. Provide outstanding support with empathy and a customer-centric approach.
15. Pay attention to detail in all tasks.
16. Communicate effectively with end users within the client organization.
17. Learn and become knowledgeable about RLDatix HealthSuite.
18. Approach problems analytically.
19. Understand RLDatix strategies, policies, and procedures.
20. Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards tasks and management requests.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Experience in customer-facing or service roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
