Your new opportunity We are looking for a Team Leader to join our services within our Connect 2 Service which is a service which provides a wide range and support for people with physical and learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth, effective running of these services and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all organisational administrative tasks as well as ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered.
The Team leader will be responsible for managing their own time and support hours, they will be supported by Project Managers.
This is a full time permanent working 39 hours per week .
