Job Description:
We’re recruiting for an Area Surveyor to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus and strong benefits package.
What you'll be doing:
* Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients.
* Upholding best professional practice to minimise financial and reputational risk to the business.
* Completing 5 points per day.
* Promptly and effectively responding to queries, complaints, and claims.
* Regularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions to ensure they meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes.
Who we're looking for:
* You will need to be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyor, VRS registered valuer, and EPC accredited.
* Excellent valuation and survey experience.
* Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures.
* Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation.
