We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our existing experienced team.

This role is based in Farnborough, a driving licence and a willingness to travel between customer sites is essential.

10. Experience in working with multiple project management methodologies.
Responsibilities:
1. Project management - The ability to manage all aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management and risk management.
2. Oversee deliverables from cross-functional teams, vendors, and business resources.
3. Foster open communication across teams to identify cross-team development dependencies and risks early on.
4. Work with project accountants to manage project finances.
5. Experience of working in a project delivery environment with a sound understanding of structured and agile methodologies and applying them in separate situations (e.g. APMP, MSP, Jira, Tempo, Scrum).
6. Problem solving - The ability to identify problems collaboratively and develop actions/solutions, communicating both to key stakeholders and presenting information through reports, dashboards and slides as appropriate.
7. Commercial awareness - Providing contract management and supplier management.
8. Market experience working within the UK Defence & Security sector is advantageous.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields preferred or equivalent experience.
2. Relevant certifications (e.g., APMP, Prince2, Agile Certification).
3. Strong project management, risk management, and procurement management skills.
4. Familiarity with the Agile, Waterfall and Shape Up profiles and methodologies.
