HR Systems and Reporting Advisor
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We have a great opportunity at NCG for a P&D Technical Assistant to join the People & Development Team. This role will provide support to all our colleges across NCG and will be based on the Newcastle College Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, ambitious, and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for data and HR systems to join us.
You will be a key member of the team producing data at a strategic, tactical and operational level across all of NCG. You will be developing and supporting HR systems, developing and communicating data sets and supporting colleagues with HR systems training.
We are looking for someone with excellent HR systems knowledge, preferably iTrent and experience of developing and communicating complex data sets to stakeholders. Ideally, we'd love you to have experience of the Education sector but that's not essential. Its important to us that you have skills with Power BI, Business Objects and are skilled in coaching stakeholders to get the best of the data.
