Job summary The post holder will work closely with the operational theatres management team and the estates department to ensure maintenance work within the theatre complex is organised and completed in a timely and structured manner. This will involve a close working relationship with the Trust's managed service company, Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS). The job holder will be supporting the Managed Service Operations Manager for Managed Service contract (GMS) managing the administration staff, attending relevant meetings pertaining to the Managed Service (GMS). The post holder will develop and deliver transformation/improvement projects for the theatres estate and environment according to a standardised project management framework and pre-determined timelines to ensure integration of projects and systems with the Trust Project Management Officer (PMO).
