Due to an internal move (because we love to enable our talent), we have a vacancy within the One Toyota Fleet Planning & Programmes team as LCV Development Manager. To ace this role, you’ll need to have an understanding and experience working with Light Commercial Vehicles within the motor industry. Whistle stop Overview of the Role
One Toyota Fleet aims to deliver a one-stop shop for all our Business Customers' needs in multiple channels to market, maximising customer and vehicle lifetime value opportunities across leasing, ownership, mobility and insurance products and services. The role also focuses on the opportunities for specialist product developments and conversions across our LCV range to meet the diverse needs of our customers in both the public and private sectors.
The role is responsible for the implementation of the next phase of our customer proposition within One Toyota and the Centre Network and underpins our planned expansion into new segments to achieve One Toyota Fleet sales, funding, CLV and VLV ambitions.
This role would help you build a great breadth of experience for your career at TGB and will give you the opportunity to:
1. Develop strategic skills, work with and influence key stakeholders at TMUK, TGB, TME, our franchised network and externally.
2. Develop gravitas and influencing skills through project managing and critical companywide projects.
3. Develop business cases / product plans to deliver LCV strategies to support our brand ambitions.
4. Gain a wider understanding of how stakeholders work together and create efficiencies for mutual benefit and for the customer.

To be considered for this role, the skills you’ll need to have include:
* Analytical and numerical skills.
* Ability to understand our customers’ needs and anticipate changes in the LCV market.
* Clear communication of complex information and ability to make recommendations.
* Building collaborative relationships internally, in the dealer network and with external stakeholders.
* Ability to present and influence at senior level.
* Production of PowerPoint presentations and A3s (or similar).
* Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
