Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a Commercial Executive to join our team and help us enhance our new business function. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in commercial or a related field. We are looking for someone who is confident, excited about engaging with people, and looking to accelerate their career. While experience in sports, music, or entertainment would be valued, it is not necessarily required.
We're in the live events business, which means in-person events are our core. This translates to our company culture and this role requires the candidate to be in the office five days a week at our London office. This in-person environment fosters agility. Being together allows our team to make quick decisions and adapt to the constant changes in our industry.

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Executive, you will be assisting the Commercial Team to identify and develop new business opportunities, both inbound and outbound
Your role will involve:
* Identifying and Developing New Business Opportunities: Conduct thorough market research & data analysis to uncover potential growth areas with clubs, venues & rightsholders
* Pitching Seat Unique's Premium Ticketing Marketplace Platform: Assist with tailoring presentations and pitches to effectively showcase Seat Unique’s value proposition to rightsholders across various sectors, including music, entertainment, culture, and sports.
* Building and Maintaining Relationships with Key Stakeholders: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients & partners. Engage in regular communication, address concerns, and ensure stakeholder needs are met, fostering trust and collaboration for mutual benefit.
* Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to create and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with business objectives.
* Collaborating with Internal Teams for Client Onboarding; Collaborate with the Partnership & Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients & partners.
* Negotiating Contracts and Pricing: Engage in strategic discussions with clients & partners to negotiate favourable terms and pricing structures.
* Providing Regular Reports: Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and business development efforts to senior management. Highlight successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations to inform decision-making.
* Staying Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry news, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and potential risks. Use this knowledge to inform strategy and adapt to changing market conditions.
* Attending Industry Events and Conferences: Participate in key industry gatherings to network, represent the company, and generate leads. Use these platforms to gather intelligence on market trends and competitor activities, while building valuable connections.
Skills & Experience
While these qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the value of diverse experiences. You don't need all of them, but they could include:
* 1-2 years of experience in commercial or a related field
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong presentation and pitching skills
* Comfortable with a multi-dimensional product offering and contractual model
* Experience in sports, music, or entertainment would be valued, but not necessarily required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
Benefits
Target compensation package:
£25-30k + quarterly bonus + share options + benefits.
Final offers may differ from the target compensation package, taking factors such as experience level and skill set into consideration.
