My client a leading law firm based in Birmingham are looking to hire a L&D Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract.
In this role you will:
* Support the design and delivery of live programmes and virtual instructor-led programmes
* Responsible for planning, organising logistics, updating materials and hosting the programmes
* Take the lead on coordinating all aspects of the programme event logistics
* Supervise the Learning and Development ensuring that all their coordination and administration tasks are completed
* Create and update agendas, timetables, session planners and facilitation materials
* Communicate effectively with participants and contributors (internal and external), including partner sponsors, other contributing partners and coaches
* Source and book external event locations and service providers
* Manage the budget for the programme
* Gather, review and evaluate the feedback received on the programme to continuously improve content and delivery methods
To carry out this role you must have:
* Several years’ experience of working in a professional services environment in a Learning and Development role in the UK.
* Excellent project management skills
* A clear understanding of the processes required to facilitate the delivery of a successful training program, including budget management and implementation
