As part of our growing commitment to the development of Asset Management best practice, innovation embedded in the whole asset management life cycle, and the rising importance in the digitization of infrastructure; we are looking to find new talent to support our growing Asset Management and Asset Management Systems teams on some of our largest infrastructure programmes.
As one of the largest infrastructure consultancies worldwide, we work with our clients to deliver transformative projects, based on our focused whole life cycle approach to asset management. AtkinsRéalis supports clients to make more effective decisions, increase connectivity, and improve the visibility of assets and their data. Our Asset Management centre of excellence allows us to access global experts in our field, enabling us to shape the strongest, most innovative solutions for our clients’ needs—from enterprise asset management systems to digital twins.
We are looking for exceptional individuals who demonstrate excellence in delivery, innovation, and a deep understanding of physical/digital technology. You will work collaboratively to lead our most important programmes and enable the delivery of whole life asset management for our clients. You will champion the application and value of asset management, applying your knowledge to identify and deliver physical, technical, and digital solutions that provide real benefits across the asset lifecycle in our infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities:
Delivery focused -
* Proven ability to deliver user-focused solutions with technical examples demonstrating benefits and efficiencies for your organization or clients.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholder requirements across various areas of asset management.
* Ability to manage multiple projects or programmes that add value to your organization or clients.
* Commitment to ongoing education in asset management and engagement with industry communities.
* Willingness or experience in applying Agile methodologies for project delivery.
Technical -
* Ability to quickly understand client needs and develop tangible digital asset management strategies that deliver value.
* Knowledge of whole life asset management principles as per ISO 55000 and familiarity with the Institute of Asset Management standards.
* Experience managing multiple projects to ensure high-quality solutions and understanding of programme management.
* Capabilities in advisory and delivery roles in asset management, engineering design, and operational management.
* Experience supporting asset management maturity assessments and providing actionable reports.
* Commercial acumen to identify new opportunities and solutions, with a history of procurement success.
* Ability to integrate asset management solutions into broader organizational processes, leveraging expertise in digital engineering and innovation.
* Awareness of digital tools and technologies to meet client requirements.
* Experience managing risks across projects.
* Understanding investment management practices for supporting decision-making across asset lifecycles.

* Leadership experience in engineering, transportation, or utilities sectors, focusing on whole life asset management. Salary scaled by experience.
* Knowledge of IAM standards, ISO 55000, and progress toward IAM certification.
* Experience with asset management systems like EAM and digital twins.
* Understanding of the latest digital engineering technologies applicable to infrastructure.
