As the Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration Director, you will be at the forefront of advancing our ISO 44001-certified collaboration programmes. You will lead and inspire initiatives that enhance customer retention, drive business growth, and improve the end-to-end user experience. What you'll be doing...
In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, utilising data-driven insights (NPS) to drive personalised customer engagement initiatives.
You will implement customer-focused strategies in collaboration with colleagues across the business, form strategic partnerships and alliances to expand our reach and enhance our offerings, and identify new revenue streams and market opportunities.
Leading the development and implementation of ISO 44001, you will ensure compliance and foster a culture of collaboration within the organisation. You will oversee a collaboration programme to effectively implement the standard.
Promoting a customer-centric culture, you will foster customer-focused values and behaviours, build and nurture cross-functional teams with a shared vision for customer excellence, and develop training programmes to build the capability of employees and ensure a customer-first mindset.
About you...
-Proven experience in leading customer experience, retention, and collaboration initiatives in a senior management role.
-Strong understanding of ISO 44001 or similar collaboration standards and methodologies.
-Demonstrated success in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
-Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
-Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Track record of building and nurturing strategic partnerships.
