Up to £18+ per hour depending on experience/qualifications

Role and Responsibilities:
Receive briefing from the Lead Operative prior to the commencement of each contract
Develop a clear understanding of the hazards involved with and safe method to be employed for each contract, prior to leaving the yard
Organisation and control of the safe loading and securing of all equipment onto TMIV's in accordance with appropriate regulations prior to transporting to or from site
All procedures are completed in accordance with Company Policy, i.e. vehicle defect sheets, installation checklist etc
All Operatives must have the correct P.P.E. and any other equipment for the activity to be completed
Effective liaison with clients on-site to promote a positive company image in all circumstances
Install, maintain and remove all TM required as per briefing given by Lead Operative/Contracts Department/Clients
Any changes to pre-planned activities are implemented, recorded and communicated to the operations department at the earliest opportunity when required
Ensure all paperwork is up to date, signed by the relevant people and returned to the contracts department upon completion of the contract. Inexperienced operatives are given suitable supervision and instruction on-site to assist in the development of their skills
All TMIV's (Traffic Management Installation Vehicles) uses are left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of each shift
All equipment is returned to the pre-determined location upon return to the yard
All losses and damage of equipment is recorded and communicated to the contracts department at the earliest opportunity
All yard duties are completed as requested by management
Requirements:
MUST be drug and alcohol free
Lantra accreditation minimum
FULL UK driving license required (must have been driving for 2 years)
