Responsibilities:
1. Working across all business areas helping to support all client projects.
2. Developing workflows to improve efficiency.
3. Monitoring the progress of documents, approvals and deadlines.
4. Supporting client and resident liaison activities, assisting with survey coordination and preparation for site meetings.
5. Collaborating with team members and external stakeholders.
We are looking for:
1. Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the confidence to make decisions and contribute to meetings.
3. Effective communication and teamwork skills, building relationships with diverse groups.
4. Beneficial but not essential – experience working within a technical business within engineering – electrical.
