Stagecoach East are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team leader to support our presentation team in our Bedford Depot.
This position is full-time, working five in seven days. The post holder will report to the engineering management team, assist in allocating work duties, and ensure the presentation team maintains the cleanliness of the company’s vehicles and property to a high standard, ready to go back into service.
What we’re looking for... First and foremost, we’re looking for someone reliable who’s got an eye for detail and takes pride in their work. You’ll need to be team player who can also supervise people independently.
You’ll be one of over 9 staff who clean our fleet of vehicles so our fantastic customers can travel safely and comfortably every day to healthcare and employment, to shopping and leisure, and to see friends and family.
You will also be overseeing the cleaning of our offices and depot for our team in Bedford.
Hourly rate £15.21 Per hour
1. Overtime when available (£19.01 M-F, £22.81 S-S)
2. Full time 39 hours per week
3. 5 shifts across 7 days
4. Working between 17:30pm to 02:00am
5. 30 days Holiday inc. Public Holidays

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Ensure daily/weekly/annual cleaning targets are achieved
2. Complete/record and submit appropriate documentation
3. Ensure cleaning and shunting resource is allocated safely, effectively and productively.
You must have a full UK driving licence and the ability to gain a PCV licence and demonstrate a talent for supporting and motivating a team whilst having a keen eye for quality standards and attention to detail.
