Role Title: Refugee Integration Outcome Lead Funding Co-ordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our refugee integration outcome lead funding coordination efforts.
Security Clearance required: SC
The role is based in one of our core locations in Newport, Titchfield or Darlington, with 40% of the working week spent in the office.
We operate a hybrid working model that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
This position requires strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with refugees and asylum seekers is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing funding from various sources, including grants and partnerships.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of refugee integration outcome lead funding strategies
* Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
* Secure funding from various sources, including grants and partnerships
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community groups
* Provide technical assistance and support to colleagues and partners as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, international relations, public administration)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of securing funding from various sources
* Experience working with refugees and asylum seekers is essential
Estimated salary: £40,250 per annum.
